Boarding Program:

Schedule

 7 am feeding -  8 am turnout-  12pm lunch - 3pm turn in and dinner feed- 10pm night check/hay

Management lives onsite and is available for emergencies 24/ 7

 

 

Boarding Rates as of May 2026:

Indoor: $960.00 + gst

Shared outdoor: $700 + gst

Private outdoor: $800 + gst

All board includes

• 24/7 management and onsite care

• Top quality alfalfa mix hay fed 4 times/ day or access to a round bale, or alternative for seniors 

• Daily health checks

• Grain/ Supplements fed twice per day

  • Provide your own bagged grain and supplements or use CHE provided:

    •  Hoffmans Complete Feed, Hoffmans Senior Feed, timothy/ alfalfa cubes, flax

  • Medications fed in grain (treats etc)

• Blanketing

  • Owners blanket as they see fit when they are out. 

  • Staff will adjust blankets  according to individual horses and weather when needed

  • Blanket requests are not taken- we blanket based on conditions

  • We blanket with the blankets on the hook- not what is in the bin

• Handling and scheduling for yearly veterinary maintenance appointments (2)

• Automatic waterers or troughs with heaters

• Handling and scheduling for regular farrier work with End of the Trail Shoeing

• Shelters cleaned and bedded regularly

• Salt and Mineral blocks in the paddock

• Group or Individual paddock

• Rotation into the pasture when acceptable

• Use of indoor and outdoor arenas and pasture/ path riding

• Use of barn or arena grooming areas

• Use of arena wash rack

• One locker per horse 

• Space for a stanly bin and small tote in the crawl space storage or in alternative location. To be decided with management. 

• Blanket hook and space for a blanket bin under each horse's blanket hook

• Arranging of blanket cleaning and repair if required

• Emergency care and services

• Emergency bandaging and triage supplies

• Emergency ambulatory services

• Regular updates and cute pictures of your horse

• Vacation care and updates as requested

 

Indoor Board also includes:

• The use of a stall. Turn in at 3 pm, turn out at 8 am

• Daily cleaning and bedding of the stall with wood shavings

• Automatic waterer in the stall. Buckets with water hung under special circumstances

• Shared or Private turn-out

• Oral medications done in the stall during breakfast feed/ dinner or night check

• Wraps and bandages put on/ removed at turn in/ turn out
